https://www.myconnectedradio.com/web/chevrolet is a special mylink website with FAQs, instruction manuals and contact information. Also included are USB downloads for upgrading the mylink radio’s software to most recent versions to fix problems like those discussed here. The latter requires downloading the MyLink update to a computer and an inexpensive USB flash drive and then plugging the flash drive into the USB port in the car’s console. Touch screen buttons to navigate the updating of radio software via USB can be found on the car radio’s navigation screen.
