I have to ask who would buy a non-hi-perf Cadillac with a manual trans much less a 7-sp.? Not many I would hazard a guess.
I recall when I purchased a new ’05 CTS they had one (not V) with a 6-sp trans. That car sat for nearly 2 yrs on the dealers lot before they finally got rid of it.
Years ago (2002) while at the Corvette Museum there was some Chevy big shots there for the F-Body celebration (end of production of the Camaro/Firebird). In a Q&A session with the Chevy and Pontiac program managers they mentioned that options that did not meet 5% of models production total were a loss for GM and would be cancelled.
