There is the noise of environment causing the voice commands to not recognize, although some words that are speaks out loud can manage to understand. Even in my place with medical voice over recognition provided by http://www.debbieirwin.com/medical-voiceover-narration/, still some words can’t pick up or recognized it wrong.
