Hey rubberhanger looks like you’ve went through the same problems I’ve had some dealers didn’t know anything about the midnight edition and some told me I couldn’t get a standard box in a crew cab. I ordered mine a month a go in Canada they told me two to three months just wondering did you get your truck in yet and have you received any info prior. Thanks
