I traded relays around, and at minus 8 degrees the truck started. So I ordered new relays and put those in. But changing the relays didn’t solve the problem, but it is an improvement. Sometimes it will start when it is cold and sometimes it won’t. I guess it has to be in a good mood. We are going to have good weather for a few days so I won’t have trouble starting it, but will continue to see if I can solve the issue. We will have cold days ahead.
In response to the ECM question. I replaced it with an aftermarket, but the chevy dealership reflashed it.
I am willing to attempt heating both the ECM and the BCM while it sits overnight. Need to find a safe way to do it. Will keep you updated.
