I had the same thing happen to my 2017 Chevy Equinox (55K miles) in WI in cold weather and it costed me about $2600. After failing to get anywhere with Chevrolet Customer Service I called The Miller Law Firm on 2/18/25. I was told that lawsuit was dismissed about a year ago and is no longer active.
