I have a 2019 Silverado high country and i travel from New Brunswick Canada to Florida as well and I get a add oil instruction on the consol and find my oil is low and I have to add 1.5 quarts of oil every time I get down to 24 % oil usage. I have 100560 miles now on my truck.
