Are you doing a long press of the voice button to initiate a call through Bluetooth, or a short press? You need the longer press.
If that’s what you’re doing already, maybe check if the phone is connected to Wi-Fi in the truck itself. If it is, then disconnect it and tell the phone to forget the network, since it’s trying to use the truck’s data, which has run out.
