I’ve been patiently waiting like everybody else. You need to create a separate topic as described below in the link for status updates. It could take a while to hear back. My last new GM car was built in 2018 and I had to call Buick hotline direct to speak to a live person for tracking status. It ended up sitting in a seaport parking lot in New Jersey.
