Today is day 66. I did file Lemon Law paperwork and now have to wait for the Florida AG to make a decision in order to move forward (they have 20 days). I do have a lot of information from a lawyer but am still waiting for either a buy back or refund from GM or the dealer. I believe that all parties have been notified of this move and hopefully something will be done to rectify this situation. AGAIN, MAKE SURE EVERY ITEM IN YOUR NEW VEHICLE IS ON TASK AND WORKING PROPERLY. DO NO WAIT FOR ANY COMPUTER OR PHYSICAL REPAIR, YOU MAY BE WAITING THROUGH THE ENTIRE 3 YEAR WARRANTY PROGRAM. I absolutely love this GM Eray and would hope that GM would stand behind their customers and replace this vehicle. I want and paid for a vehicle that should work. I have been a GM customer my entire life. I just can’t believe in their stance at this point.
