As of today, 11/6/24, 63 days in repair and I just got a message that GM TAC assistance does not have a fix for my system. They are going to try to get the tech department to figure out an answer. Don’t know how long they want me to sit back and wait. I am in the process of filing lemon law paperwork. I also have 1 of 2 customer service cases open and awaiting for a response. This is horrible customer service from GM. Unbelievable. Brand new Eray with 61 miles on it. Who would believe this situation. Lawyer is waiting for me to make a case. Probably soon at this rate. Whoever buys a car from GM ,,,,, warning……………………..make sure everything in vehicle is working before you write your check. Everything. Don’t believe that an overnight computer fix will work. It doesn’t.
