I had a Chevy Bolt that had issuthe information system. I brought it back several times, I made videos of the glitches, brought it to another dealer, contacted GM directly and they still wouldn’t give me a buy back. The Dealership gave me a partial buy back and now I have a lawyer suing for lemon law. For you they may or may not do a buyback because your system doesn’t work at all. Good luck
