I hope that you’ve received your truck by now.
My 2022 Traverse was “in transit” for 7 months, so I sympathize and they should have their delivery system fixed by now.
In contrast, my daughter ordered/built a Subaru Assent in early June. The dealership gave her a delivery date of 6 weeks. It arrived in 5.
Fast forward to the present.
My new Colorado was driven off of the lot on 6/21. 30 miles into the drive, the fuel injector on cylinder #3 malfunctioned, I limped back to the dealer, and its been sitting there ever since as the fuel injectors are on backorder, and according to the dealership and the Executive Resolution team, they can’t get injectors from another vehicle or even from the motor manufacturing plant (and they MUST be AC/Delco, so no Bosch injectors, which are available now). So now, it’s a waiting game. I’m just thankful that I got a rental car from the dealership. It’s now 7/18.
My point is, GM is lousy when it comes to the delivery of their vehicles and their supply chain for critical parts. They’ve had plenty of time to fix this, they just choose not to.
