Mines a 2022 Yukon Denali. And that’s the first thing I noticed. Then I started to check it out and my issue is On STAR was not working at all no power and also includes Google and navigation. I suspect thr OnStar module is out but the dealer wants to check it before ordering. And unfortunately it’s on Backorder. It’s probably been out for an awhile as I use apple play and like it better anyway. Good luck with whatever your issue.
