I have a 2016 Cadillac CT6 with 32,000 miles. It always shifts harsh from 1st to 2nd gear at low speeds. I brought it to the dealer for the suggested fluid change, but it didn’t help. This car has always had this issue, and I was told that it’s a normal condition. I read at one time that there was going to be a class action lawsuit against GM for this issue. To this date I have never heard anything else.
