We just got off the phone with the dealer and they continue to say it was submitted on October 21st and nothing about them needing to “submit for production”.
They said that GM has been delaying output because of recalls, and there is a good chance next week might we might finally see some movement.
If I am following you correctly, then all this time they have been just waiting to get an allocation, and the above might not be completely the truth.
The online chat rep said she usually sees orders stay at 1100 for 4 – 6 weeks and then everything happens very quickly after that.
Monday will start the sixth week, so we will see…
