I’m assuming your 2023 – like mine – shipped without the wireless charger, due to parts shortages. At first I was angry but got over it. Now, in a way, I’m kind of glad I don’t have it – but still have a perfect place to stow the phone. Since there’s two USB ports inches away, I just got a short cable and get a quick normal power charge instead of a slower trickle via the wireless method. It’s not my daily driver as well so that makes it even less inconvenient.
But, there IS a way to get it working. After watching this, now I know why GM did not offer it as a retrofit.
