“They don’t care about the customer.” Well, that’s correct; but, guess what…you’re not their customer. The dealer is their customer, not you. There you have it…a built in way to ignore an issue when it is inconvenient to fix the problem. GM will brush the problem off to the dealer. You think you’re a GM customer, so you debate the issue with GM (who doesn’t give a hang) and the dealer has a nice day because you’re bugging GM rather than Mr./Ms. Dealer.
