Ive got a lot of experience diagnosing and data logging the ls platforms (currently own lm7, ls2, and 2 lt1’s). If i were you id start by checking the voltage at the alternator (i have seen them throw weird harness codes like this). If that checks out then check all connections going to the TB (take apart the connector and check pins and then check all grounds. If it happens randomly then that sounds like a loose ground/connection. Keep us posted
