I know this forum is about Canyon’s but I had the same issue with a brand new 2022 Silverado this past April 2023. And it was me that brought the download issue to the dealership. I started thinking about iPhone downloads and the requirement for them (the phones) to be plugged in so as not to drain the battery, and suggested that to the service manager. Since they couldn’t find any other issues, he agreed with me. For being GM trained “professionals”, the dealerships are kept in the dark as per the electronics on these vehicles.
Maybe the CEO should should forfeit some of her $40 plus million from her 2020 salary to help the company fix some of its problems.
