I couldn’t agree more with your comments. I just got my Camaro SS and hate both of those features with a passion. I am not sure what the best way is but I will ask around and try to find out. I will report back my findings.
I find myself so worried about when the Hill Start Assist kicks in and when it will let go (it has a mind of its own) it affects my driving and causes more problems than it solves. I did better on hills when I was just learning to drive a stick and that was 40 years ago. So much for modern technology.
