Based on all the available information and careful review of your case, we are not able to provide financial assistance towards the cost of the repairs on your vehicle. This is neither a manufacturer’s defect nor a mechanical failure. In this circumstance, because of the reasons I just reviewed, cost assistance is not available for this issue.
