Hello! Just found this thread. Nice to know others are having the same issues as myself.
We ordered a 2015i Tahoe LTZ on October 21st. Two+ weeks later the tracking page still says:
“Sorry, the order information you entered did not match any results in our system. Please try again or contact your dealer to verify your information.”
I did the chat, and the rep said she would email me weekly updates. Currently it has a status code of 1100 – Order accepted. At least I know the dealer actually ordered it! 🙂
I’m hoping once it makes it to the next stage, the tracking page will actually show something other than an error.
I’m curious about the whole build process. Do customer orders take priority? Do they have to batch similar vehicles, etc.
