Thanks for the feedback. For clarification, did any of the updates mentioned improve the jerky feeling you originally posted about?
For my saga, dealer said a slip was detected with diagnostic computer connected. They replaced fluid, zeroed/reinstalled TCM software and said issue was corrected. Then told me I had to drive it for 200 miles before making a final determination. Needless to say the vehicle still presented the exact same jerky feeling. Brought the vehicle back again and this time dealer claimed to have GM assigned an escalating TAC. GM engineer supposedly came to dealer removed pan to inspect and said everything is good. Test drove it and said transmission is working correctly. Again when I picked vehicle up from dealer there was absolutely no change. Sounds bad but I’m not sure if I believe that the dealer actually preformed all of the above. They really don’t seem like they know what to do with it since all diagnostics indicate it’s operating correctly. I personally feel it’s a torque converter issue. To me, during low load, low rpm operation the torque converter doesn’t know if it should lock up or not and feels like it caught in between. Press the accelerator a touch and it clears right up. Anyway, my plan is to take it back a third time in about 1k miles when 1st service is due. More to follow….
