I would start with cleaning the throttle body (with throttle body spray and a toothbrush ). Lots of how-to’s on YouTube. Very easy to do. The idle values are too low. If throttle body cleaning doesn’t solve the issue I would move on to the VVT solenoids. Either replace them or clean them using the same throttle body cleaner. There is an intake and exhaust solenoid that controls oil flow to timing chains. Sometimes the screens on them can get dirty/clogged. If cleaning them makes it run better then you should consider replacing them with OEM parts. Working on these is also very easy with how-to’s also on YouTube. Start with these things
