This retrofit Customer Satisfaction Campaign was slated to roll out Q4 2022 but GM has encountered an avalanche of parts shortages. The campaign has been scheduled for Q1 2023 for some time now, although the only vehicles they have rolled out so far for retrofit is 2022 – 2023 Cadillac XT4, 2022 – 2023 Cadillac XT5, 2022 – 2023 Cadillac XT6, 2022 – 2023 Chevrolet Camaro under Campaign N222375791. There is no Program Number yet for any other GM vehicle. So your dealer will have no info at all. You will likely receive your mailer before the dealer is even aware of the campaign release. Also, there will be a significant lead time on ordering parts for every retrofit.
