While you are at the “Tracking” web page, which doesn’t work, drop down to CONTACT LINKS and click on “CHAT”…live. They will be happy to give you the latest tracking info for your new vehicle order. You’ll find a pull-down window….and click “I have a question concerning my new vehicle order”…..It works .
