I ordered a 2022 Traverse High Country in April 2022. Called in July and said they just placed the order and it’s a 2023. It’s now March 2023 and I’m still waiting. My local chevrolet dealership has the worst customer service skills when it comes to keeping in touch with me along these past 11 months.
I ordered with a deposit and signed my order expecting a 6-8 week delivery. Here we are 11 months later.
When I say I NEED a new vehicle I mean, I’m still driving my 2005 Trailblazer with 190k miles and it’s on its last thread. I NEEDED a new vehicle in April 2022 when I ordered the Traverse. Canceled vacation trips, canceled children’s medical appointments because they were too far from where we live and my current vehicle wouldn’t make the trip safely…Chevy has really let me down and my local dealer is full of christian liars, and con artists that have done nothing but blow smoke up my tailpipe from the beginning.
I’d go elsewhere but there isn’t anywhere near by.
