It seems that you’re having trouble changing the temperature or airflow direction on your 2013 Captiva, and the only way to reset it is by pulling the HVAC fuse. After resetting, it works fine but won’t change unless you repeat the process.

You’ve already replaced all the actuators and the control unit, and the blower motor speed control works fine. Despite this, the issue still persists.

It may be worthwhile to have a mechanic or technician take a look at the vehicle to diagnose the issue further. There could be an electrical or wiring problem causing the malfunction.
