I have called customer service and all the information they will give me is that my truck has shipped to the Distribution Center. Why is it that you pay so much money for a vehicle and can not get anything told to you about your vehicle or track it? All everyone keeps telling me is to contact my dealership. If I have an order number and VIN then I should be able to track my vehicle myself. I also got told that I can arrange for pickup at the Distribution Center instead of the dealership. Great….can I get the number to arrange that. Sorry, can’t give out that number. REALLY????
