Ok, that makes sense. Yes my dealer gave me 6 to 8 weeks “turnaround time” from order date to delivery. I am hopeful that GM can crank these trucks out make that date (March 22nd *8weeks) . However in the world we live in today is full of delays and I would not be surprised to see that date pushed weeks if not months. If that is the case I would be disappointed, but in the end I will be getting exactly what I have wanted. What do you think of the new Colorados’? This will be my first truck, so far everything I have researched about them show me that it will be a outstanding truck in the mid-size market. Like I said previously I ordered the Trail Boss trim, I have no regrets. It has all the features that I need. I have one complaint about it, is the headlights which are Halogens. It is crazy to me that we are in 2023 now and this now ancient technology is thrown into a $47,000 truck. I already know the reasons why, they do this to up sell you to the higher trims like the Z71. Is it that big of deal, probably not. If I really want to I could replace them years down the line when aftermarket headlights are available. Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision, now I just have to wait. Thanks.
