Your dealer should have an order # available shortly after placing the order.
I see your dealer gave you a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks. Not sure what he means by turnaround time?
Hopefully that means time from order to delivery.
As said before….. until GM accepts the order there is nothing to track. I would give the dealer a month before asking about tracking the build. Once the order is accepted and a build date is assigned the dealer can track the progress through the GM Vinview system.
