Just took delivery on a $80,000 Denali and when I asked for the owners manual I was told to purchase it from a 3rd party vendor or download 500+ pages. Seems a bit petty not to supply owners manuals to a vehicle that is very technical. I left 11 voice mails to the “Customer Experience rep” at the dealership – that was a waste of time, not one return call. Really spoils the excitement of the new truck when you don’t know how to use some of the cool features. This is my 31st new GM vehicle and the first one without a manual. Anyone know if Ford is suppling Owners Manuals?
