I just received an email from [email protected] telling me the heated steering wheel parts are now available for my 2022 Refresh GMC Sierra 1500 SLT. They offered to setup an appointment for this on my behalf. I responded thanking them and asked for details i.e. now or 2 weeks from now or?
I then emailed one of the service writers at my dealer to ask for complete assurance the parts are available and I can bring my truck in. I trust them. I think… I’ll gauge that by when I receive a response.
I did not get a letter in the mail from GM.
