Hi @Joey_240sx and welcome to the GMA Forum.
To diagnose this, my first question to you would be: how certain are you that your Suburban is equipped with Bluetooth to begin with?
Outside of that, I wouid recommend hitting the voice rec button and saying “Hands Free”, followed by “Bluetooth”. See if that works.
