I just had a similar experience with a 2023 Suburban High Country. I had all of the condensed manuals but not the 443 page full Owners Manual that I could find online. When I contacted the dealer they checked other new cars on their lot and they think that they are providing the full Owners Manual anymore. For any car much less a high end vehicle like this I expect the full owners manual in the nice binder, not a stack of random condensed manuals thrown into the glove box.
