Just a heads up for a GM change. GM is getting crushed with the amount of customers wanting their retrofits done so going forward your service dept will run a VSS in Global Connect for your VIN and if the retrofit doesnt show for your GM product they wont be able to do your retrofit even if it shows on your build sheet that you have one coming. Now, nothing to stay you cant push GM customer service to push this through for you but on the dealers end its not their call.
