I know the TH350 has a mechanical kick down cable and the TH400 has an electrical detent switch. Also the TH400 has a pan shaped almost like Texas and has 6 bolts in the tail housing, i think the TH350 is a 5 sided square pan and only has 4 bolts. Im not sure on the code though, i think if its a 350 the transmission code is supposed to have either a M33, M38, or M39, but correct me if im wrong.
