Ron, Jason and I were in contact with GM today about your vehicle. We explained that you are a loyal customer, but a year and a half was more than enough to wait for a truck and hear from us that we are not able to help you. Today we were told the goal was to have the vehicle delivered sometime in February. Ricky Brown GM district manager will call you in the next few days and go over any questions you may have. I will call you later today. Thank you for your patience.
This was the email I did receive from the Dealer, That is the name of the area rep.
