I agree 100%, the dealer has nothing to gain by looking after your truck. If you don’t constantly check on it yourself it would probably never be taken care of. I was told by the dealer that I would get a letter for GM and that didn’t happen. I had to constantly go to the dealer and have them look it up on the global network under my vin and after contacting the GM regional rep and GM several times I’m finally getting my heated seats installed on 12/19. As far as the heated wheel there’s nothing being done yet on those. Regardless of what you read in here the steering wheels have not been started yet
