Finally after exactly 8 months and contacted the regional GM rep and the main GM officials bi weekly I am getting my heated seats retro fitted. No thanks to my local dealer. But I was also told the GM has decided that they will NOT be doing the retro fit for the heated steering wheels on the silverados even though my window sticker specifically says it would be done. I no longer have any confidence in GM as a company and a lousy $50 credit for a heated steering wheel that I’ll never have is a total ripoff
