Parts Man 1 helped me out (On a different thread) on a truck purchased in February. I went to my dealer and told that I had information which I had printed off of this website that they could get the parts, they didn’t even ask to see them they just went ahead and looked up the information. they told me that they could not get the parts at that time. The service manager took me to his office and gave me a number to call and told me to give them hell as they will then contact him and ask him what is going on and why the customers are unhappy (Blaming them of course), his exact words were “You know what flows downhill! but this will give me the chance to make my case” The number is for customer service 800-462-8782. I called on Monday and again on Tuesday and made the case that it was BS that they put the chips in 2023s and leave us hanging. I told them I would call every day until I could speak to someone with more authority. It may be coincidence, but I got a call from my dealer yesterday, Thursday that they were able to order my parts now, hmmmm. We just have to hold their feet to the fire!
