Man, I’m so sorry you are going through this. If they took the time to read the bulletin it tells them to look up the part number in the parts book for your truck. They can also go into Global connect and see check your build sheet and see that it has this retrofit coming. The part number is 13526069 to retrofit the seat warmers in your truck. Nobody is circumventing the system at all. The guys at this dealer are a bunch of flakes that arent doing their job. If I was the owner I’d fire them. Which is a good point, Go to the owner or GM at the dealership.
Dont blame GM(not that they dont deserve it sometimes) but this falls right in the laps of the dealership not taking care of a customer
