Dew, sorry I was a little busy today but yes I check out you VIN number in GM’s Global connect which your dealer could have done the same thing but were to lazy to do their job. Its says right on your build sheet that you are suppose to be retrofitted for both heated seat and steering wheel. You can tell your service writer to go into global and look up service bulletin #N212354522 and have them order part number 13526069. I hope this fixes at least this problem for you…
