I signed a paper in April that said my heated seats and steering wheel would be retro fitted by summer 2022, now dealer is telling me no steering wheels will be done and NO Silverados have been Called in yet. I contacted GM and was told they are putting them in the new ones coming off the line but will do the already purchased ones sometime but don’t know when. Not to happy about the lies I’ve been told and a lousy $50!credit for the heated steering wheel that now I will never get. Total BS
