I just took my 2014 Corvette back to the dealer for three days to fix the issue with my iPod Classic resetting or freezing up when playing through the Infotainment system through the USB Port. They failed to fix the problem blaming the iPod. I’ve used two iPod classics and an iPod touch in the car all with the same result. There is a known issue here on multiple GM cars yet the dealer has no knowledge of it and GM techs they called to try to fix it did not acknowledge the existence of this issue. For the record the iPod Classic works great in my Ford Edge. Very frustrating and GM refuses to acknowledge the problem. They suggested I contact Apple which I will do today. Can’t wait for the GM Quality Survey I should get after this visit. I would think GM would want to work with Apple themselves to fix this issue. instead they send the consumer, me, off to do it.
