I took delivery of my Yukon Denali XL Ultimate in late September without Owners and Warranty Manuals. I went to the GMC.com website/Chat Line and asked their Customer Service why I did not receive these manuals. I was told that the Yukons should have been shipped with all manuals, and that I should ask the dealership to order them for me, which I did 3 weeks ago…still no manuals. Also, the GMC Chat line directed me to what looked like a 3rd party website where I could order the Owners Manual, but website did not have 2023 Yukon manuals available.
Also, last night when I was fiddling with the My GMC App on my Infotainment system a Notice popped up telling me I could download the Owners Manual, which I did. However, for each Major topic listed, when selected initiated another download. The Owners Manual looks and operates clumsily. Also, I doubt that it can be used by the passenger while Yukon is moving. Sometimes my wife looks up features in the hard copy manual, which is much more convenient…this was on my last Yukon Denali.
