Well Captain, I am in the same boat, the dealer says missing parts no change in status, Gm website along with you must be so” excited” response is pending delivery. So what is the truth?? I just don’t know anymore .. The truck is still in Sialo Mexico and I was told it takes 3 weeks to get here in BuddLake, NJ, so the promised date two months ago by the area rep of October may have come and gone.. Very disappointing. GM has my number, email and case number and has never initiated any kind of contact at all, November will be a year since I ordered it.. Pitiful GM , no response at all and the only people you can talk to are at a very low level….Sad very sad
