Irish02, what specifically did you order? The devil is in the details. For instance… there are multiple constraints on the LT trim, which in my opinion, Chevy is using to push customers into the LTZ. I was waiting 3 months for my dealer to receive an allocation for my LT. “Convenience II” and “Leather Package” are both listed as “Late availability”… whatever that means. Everything in those 2 packages are considered as standard features for the next trim level up, LTZ. After 3 months of ambiguous info from GM and the Dealer, I changed my LT to a LTZ. Changed it on a Friday morning and received a call by Friday afternoon from the dealership stating that GM accepted the order. 2 wks later I had a tentative production week of 9/26. I checked with a local Ford dealership before upgrading to the LTZ and at the time (3 wks ago) the order deck for the 2023 still hadn’t opened and I was told that even when it did, delivery would be 11 – 13 months after order placement.
