I purchased a position for a truck on the GMC website on the same day it opened. I was called by the dealer about 2-3 weeks later saying I could order a truck. I believe that was November 26th, They built it May 2nd and as of today it’s still in Mexico so what does buying a position mean? They take you off the market and treat the customer with disrespect. Total disregard for any communication, The GM experience is not working. I did get a new email yesterday for a New Chevy truck and a GM credit card. You can’t make this stuff up. I am typing this and an AT4 commercial just aired .. What can one say.. Ron
